Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in senior operational leadership roles.
- Proven track record of scaling operations in a high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and operational data visualization tools.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
