Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with long-term company growth objectives.
- Direct P&L management, ensuring financial targets are met through rigorous budget oversight and cost-optimization.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team across logistics, procurement, and warehouse departments.
- Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and maximize operational throughput.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to streamline product delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage key vendor relationships and negotiate high-value contracts to ensure supply chain resilience.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of scaling operations within a high-growth technology or logistics environment.
- Deep expertise in ERP implementation and advanced data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI).
- Strong financial acumen with extensive experience in P&L and Capex management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
