Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability (P&L management).
  • Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery, adhering to brand guidelines and local regulations.
  • Manage and mentor department heads, conducting regular performance reviews and training sessions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust operational strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and security protocols across the property.
  • Coordinate with the General Manager on budget preparation and capital expenditure projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a luxury 5-star hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Certification in Hospitality Management (e.g., AHLEI) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office suite.
