Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate new vertical markets.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate high-value enterprise partnerships and strategic alliances.
- Lead the full-cycle negotiation process, including contract structuring and executive-level deal management.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to align market feedback with product roadmap priorities.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of sales and partnership professionals.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and high-level networking forums.
- Establish KPIs and quarterly performance metrics to monitor and optimize regional growth efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS business development, enterprise sales, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of managing and closing multi-million dollar deals with Fortune 500 stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- Deep understanding of the modern SaaS tech stack and CRM best practices (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence key decision-makers.
- High degree of emotional intelligence and professional resilience.
