Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy to penetrate enterprise sectors.
- Identify, nurture, and close strategic partnerships that align with long-term revenue goals.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and scalable business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to refine our value proposition based on market feedback.
- Manage a robust pipeline of high-value prospects and provide accurate monthly/quarterly revenue forecasting.
- Represent NexusScale at global industry conferences and C-level networking events.
- Mentor and scale a high-performance business development team to maximize market reach.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar revenue quotas.
- Expertise in SaaS sales models and complex, multi-stakeholder contract negotiations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a mastery of executive presence.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and adjust strategy in real-time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales enablement tools.
