Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnership opportunities that drive high-value, long-term organizational growth.
- Lead the end-to-end business development lifecycle from initial market research and lead qualification to complex contract negotiations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering leadership to align market feedback with the technical product roadmap.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts through proactive networking and relationship management.
- Represent the organization at premier global conferences and executive-level roundtables to enhance brand visibility.
- Design and implement scalable business development frameworks and KPIs to track and optimize performance metrics.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships within the technology sector.
- A verifiable track record of exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets and closing complex, multi-year enterprise contracts.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the innate ability to influence and persuade C-suite stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical mindset with expert-level proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and market intelligence tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of emerging market trends and the competitive landscape in SaaS and Digital Transformation.
