You will work directly with our executive leadership to identify untapped market segments and drive sustainable growth in a high-velocity environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to penetrate new industry verticals.
- Identify, cultivate, and close high-value strategic partnerships with Tier-1 enterprise clients.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage complex deal lifecycles from discovery to final signature.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align business development initiatives with core product capabilities.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives.
- Represent the company at industry-leading conferences and executive summits.
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to pivot strategy for maximum ROI.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual quotas.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and enterprise procurement processes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and KPIs for strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership capability in cross-functional environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
