Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to penetrate key enterprise sectors.
- Identify, nurture, and close complex partnership agreements with global industry leaders.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product and Marketing teams to align messaging with market demands.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic business decisions.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation and final sign-off.
- Represent the company at industry-leading conferences and executive summits to build brand authority.
- Mentor a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives to exceed quarterly KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of proven experience in B2B business development, specifically within the SaaS or FinTech sector.
- Demonstrated history of closing multi-million dollar enterprise-level contracts.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales forecasting and market analysis.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
