- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
- Identify, qualify, and secure high-value strategic partnerships with Tier-1 enterprise clients.
- Lead complex contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with corporate legal and financial objectives.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to leverage market feedback for competitive positioning.
- Mentor and scale a high-performing Business Development team through coaching and data-driven performance management.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and executive-level networking forums.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of proven success in Business Development or Strategic Partnerships within the SaaS/Tech sector.
- Demonstrated ability to close multi-million dollar enterprise contracts.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and revenue forecasting tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for key client engagements and industry events.
