Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product lines.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for high-value enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align market insights with product roadmaps.
- Represent the company at global industry conferences and executive-level networking events.
- Mentor junior business development staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine outreach tactics.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of closing 7-figure enterprise contracts.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to meet with key stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the current technology landscape and cloud-based solutions.
