- Oversee multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with KPIs and revenue growth objectives.
- Act as the primary communications lead for crisis management and executive thought leadership programs.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to pivot messaging strategies for maximum competitive advantage.
- Manage the annual marketing communications budget with a focus on high-ROI initiatives.
- Collaborate with agency leadership to define and evolve the Luminary corporate identity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or digital marketing within an agency setting.
- Proven track record of scaling brand equity and executing successful integrated marketing programs.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and public speaking skills with a high attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of digital media ecosystems, SEO best practices, and data-driven marketing analytics.
