Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with the content team to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized copy and visual assets.
- Analyze web analytics and user behavior data (using tools like Google Analytics) to identify trends and optimize conversion funnels.
- Conduct competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates.
- Mentor junior marketing team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and PPC.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
- Proficiency with essential marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Relevant certification (e.g., Google Ads or Analytics) is highly desirable.
