Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, and social media channels.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics and other tools to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines and audience needs.
- Lead the development of content calendars and oversee the execution of monthly marketing initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenses.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our strategies competitive.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns and driving significant traffic growth.
- Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO best practices, and Google Ads (PPC).
- Strong proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or high-growth startup environment.
