- Strategy & Growth: Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, Social, Email) to drive traffic and conversion.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing metrics (KPIs) to measure campaign success and optimize ROI.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling copy, blogs, and assets that resonate with our target audience.
- PPC Management: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn to maximize budget efficiency.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and PPC.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
