Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates and campaign performance
- Analyze complex datasets using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Manage PPC budgets across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with strict ROI targets
- Oversees content creation calendar, ensuring brand consistency and SEO best practices
- Collaborate with product team to align marketing initiatives with product launches
- Present monthly performance reports to stakeholders with actionable insights
- Mentor junior marketers and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with proven campaign success
- Expert proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager
- Advanced knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and experience with Moz/Semrush tools
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate metrics into strategic decisions
- Experience managing marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with presentation experience
