Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, email, social, content)
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Manage $2M+ annual digital ad budgets with 15%+ YoY growth targets
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages and email sequences
- Collaborate with creative team to produce high-impact video and visual assets
- Present monthly performance reports to C-suite stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years digital marketing experience with B2B SaaS focus
- Proven expertise in marketing automation (Marketo/HubSpot) and CRM systems
- Advanced Google Analytics certification and Google Ads mastery
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign ROI (minimum 200% average)
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional projects
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and marketing attribution modeling
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
