- Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages, ad creatives, and email sequences
- Manage PPC budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms
- Collaborate with content team to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment
- Generate monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with 2+ years in a management role
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation
- Proven success scaling digital campaigns with measurable ROI (provide portfolio)
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and algorithm updates
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot) highly valued
