- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion rates and ROI on all digital channels
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce high-impact digital assets
- Generate monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with demonstrated campaign success
- Expert proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- Proven track record of scaling B2B/B2C digital campaigns across multiple channels
- Advanced data analysis skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or HubSpot preferred
- Strong project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
