Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, and social channels to achieve KPIs
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track campaign performance and optimize ROI
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages, CTAs, and email campaigns to maximize conversion rates
- Manage $500K+ digital advertising budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create compelling content that drives engagement
- Oversee CRM automation and lead nurturing workflows to accelerate sales cycles
- Present monthly performance reports with actionable insights to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven expertise in multi-channel campaign management
- Advanced certification in Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot) and CRM systems
- Demonstrated success scaling lead generation and conversion rates through data-driven optimization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate metrics into strategic recommendations
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agency partnerships
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
