Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive direct bookings across all Azure Horizon properties.
- SEO & SEM: Oversee search engine optimization efforts, manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Ads), and optimize website content for maximum conversion.
- Content Management: Lead the creation of engaging, high-quality content including blog posts, newsletters, and social media copy that resonates with luxury travelers.
- Data Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CAC, and organic traffic growth; use data to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Vendor Collaboration: Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and software providers to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- CRM Management: Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and maintain personalized communication with our loyalty program members.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
- Design Skills: Ability to create or oversee the creation of high-quality visual assets (images, infographics) or proficiency with design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
