Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate key metrics effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and translate business questions into analytical problems.
- Perform statistical analysis, A/B testing, and predictive modeling to evaluate the impact of initiatives and forecast future performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting rigorous data validation and cleansing processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of data infrastructure, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis is essential.
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights clearly.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus.
