Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineering teams to identify data gaps and propose strategic solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses to forecast market trends and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual workload and significantly increase data accuracy.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise presentations and documentation.
- Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure reliable decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong command of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) or cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, AWS Redshift) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
