- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and measure campaign effectiveness

- Present insights to executive leadership through clear, data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to non-technical audiences
