Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform structured/unstructured data
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate complex insights
- Analyze user behavior metrics to identify growth opportunities and product optimization strategies
- Develop statistical models to forecast trends and support data-informed decision-making
- Partner with engineering teams to implement A/B tests and measure experiment outcomes
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Python/R
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects and impactful visualizations
