Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate business questions into data-driven solutions
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize user engagement strategies
- Automate reporting workflows to ensure timely delivery of executive summaries and departmental insights
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis techniques
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, experimental design, and predictive modeling
