Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues or service-related concerns to provide effective, long-term solutions.
- Document all customer interactions, account updates, and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and Technical Operations) to escalate complex issues and improve service protocols.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and answer product-related questions confidently.
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to help shape future product improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related BPO role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluent/native level proficiency is required).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
