Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
- Resolve product and service issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer demeanor.
- Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to the product or service teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
