Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on high satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho) to document interactions, update customer accounts, and track ticket status accurately.
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department or supervisor promptly to prevent service disruptions.
- Conduct product training and onboarding for new team members to maintain consistent service standards across the region.
- Analyze customer feedback and support trends to suggest improvements for our products and support protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, IT) to resolve customer pain points efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment, preferably in the tech or financial sector.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine 'customer-first' mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
