Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to provide immediate resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions within our CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to escalate and resolve product-related bugs or feature requests.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and proactively suggest process improvements to enhance the user experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom) is highly preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and composed when handling difficult or frustrated customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
