Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system and maintain up-to-date customer profiles.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Propose solutions and alternatives when faced with unresolved issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred, but high school diploma with relevant experience is acceptable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts.
