Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and account management.
- Evaluate customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Adhere to company call scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role.
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts.
