Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer technical or billing problems, providing accurate solutions and alternatives.
- CRM Maintenance: Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Customer Retention: Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English with a neutral accent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
- Availability: Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
