Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently while adhering to call scripts and quality guidelines.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Investigate and troubleshoot problems, providing accurate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain CRM Records: Accurately log all interactions, account details, and resolutions into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Upsell and Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services that align with customer needs.
- Follow Quality Assurance Standards: Participate in regular quality monitoring and coaching sessions to maintain high service levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and support staff to improve processes and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a neutral accent.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and navigating online tools.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30-40 WPM with 99% accuracy.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
