Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions regarding products and services professionally and efficiently.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions into the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 30-40 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
