Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying root causes and providing effective, compliant solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account details, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to improve service processes and meet KPI targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (BPO experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in English (and Spanish) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
