Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and training workshops to ensure clients are proficient in using our software suite.
- Monitor client health scores and proactively address potential churn risks by offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and advocate for feature requests based on user needs.
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value and ROI to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of emotional intelligence and empathy when dealing with diverse client personalities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
