Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and reduce friction.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and resolve issues with speed and precision.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot complex user concerns.
- Document customer feedback and feature requests to influence product development roadmaps.
- Manage onboarding workflows for new enterprise clients.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, support, or account management roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Self-motivated with a track record of working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
