Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice, email, and live chat with professionalism.
- Resolve complex product issues by following established troubleshooting protocols.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate urgent concerns effectively.
- Maintain high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and FCR (First Contact Resolution) scores.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of BPO or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in basic computer navigation and multi-tasking across software applications.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule environment.
- Strong empathy and a genuine desire to assist customers.
