Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound customer inquiries via voice, email, and live chat channels.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to technical and billing-related concerns.
- Maintain high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores by delivering personalized support.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM platform with precision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations.
- Participate in continuous coaching and quality assurance calibration sessions.
- Meet and exceed daily KPIs and performance benchmarks established by the account.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field or at least 2 years of completed college education.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or international customer service role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine passion for helping people.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple digital platforms and CRM software simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented work environment.
- Amenable to working on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
