Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via voice, email, and chat channels with professional excellence.
- Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer concerns while maintaining high CSAT scores.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM software to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and drive process improvements.
- Adhere to strict quality assurance guidelines and handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on client-specific offerings.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting daily performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Completed at least two years of college education or hold a vocational diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
