Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via voice, email, and live chat with professionalism.
- Resolve complex customer issues by utilizing internal knowledge bases and diagnostic tools.
- Document all interactions accurately within our CRM to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate urgent technical or account-specific matters.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs related to customer satisfaction (CSAT) and resolution time.
- Contribute to team meetings by providing feedback on recurring customer pain points.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate information and upsell opportunities where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent vocational certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a high-touch BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple CRM platforms simultaneously.
- High emotional intelligence and a patient, solution-oriented mindset.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and fast-paced operational changes.
