Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via voice, email, and live chat with professional empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues by utilizing internal knowledge bases and collaborative troubleshooting.
- Maintain high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores by delivering efficient and accurate information.
- Document customer interactions meticulously within our CRM system for data-driven service improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate urgent technical or billing matters.
- Participate in ongoing quality assurance coaching sessions to refine communication techniques.
- Consistently meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of completed college coursework.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple software applications and CRM platforms simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented team environment.
