Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex product or service issues by identifying root causes and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM platform.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs related to customer satisfaction (CSAT) and resolution time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes and service quality.
- Promote brand loyalty by providing proactive, solutions-oriented communication.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Completion of at least 2 years in college or equivalent vocational certification.
