Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or account-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to senior management when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes and user experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and team-based KPIs regarding response times and satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Completed at least 2 years of college education or hold a Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of BPO or customer service experience preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and multitasking across various platforms.
- Ability to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
