Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professional empathy.
- Resolve customer concerns by identifying root causes and providing accurate, efficient solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM to maintain high-quality data standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues appropriately.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide value-added recommendations.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance KPIs regarding response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM tools or ticketing systems.
- Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Critical thinking skills with an innate ability to multitask under pressure.
