Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve complex customer issues by navigating multiple internal software systems efficiently.
- Maintain high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores through clear, concise, and helpful communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate urgent technical or billing disputes.
- Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM to ensure seamless follow-up.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product features and service policies.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance metrics and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask across various software applications.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Completion of at least 2 years in college or a vocational equivalent.
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive for career development.
