Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via voice, email, and chat channels.
- Resolve complex customer issues with accuracy and professional empathy.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- Document customer interactions within our CRM system with precision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate recurring product issues.
- Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs related to CSAT and response times.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times, representing our clients' brands.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating CRM software.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends.
