- Meet and exceed daily productivity and quality assurance metrics.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months BPO or Customer Service experience required.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven track record of reliability and maintaining high performance standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
