Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound calls and digital inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues by identifying root causes and providing effective, timely solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by adhering to strict service quality guidelines.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate critical technical or billing concerns.
- Participate in continuous coaching and training programs to enhance product knowledge.
- Meet or exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to handle time and resolution rates.
Qualifications
- Completion of at least 2 years in college or a Bachelor's degree holder.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven track record of reliability and professional attendance.
