Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues with accuracy and professional empathy.
- Document customer interactions within our CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical hurdles.
- Maintain consistent adherence to Quality Assurance and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify opportunities to provide value-added services during customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends.
- Strong emotional intelligence and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Completion of at least 2 years of college education.
